WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Showers and a few thunderstorms are likely today, especially across the high country. Some light mountain snow is also possible above 11 or 12,000 feet. Rain is expected to push into the urban corridor and plains late this afternoon and evening. Stronger storms could produce moderate rain, gusty winds, and small hail.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday  Overall in the long term, cooler temperatures continue through next week. Scattered thunderstorms and showers are likely this weekend through Monday. Showers become isolated mainly throughout the mountains/valleys by Tuesday as drier air enters the region.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
