WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Scattered showers and storms will be possible today across the mountains. A few showers and a thunderstorm or two will be possible across the plains later this afternoon and evening. Above normal temperatures are expected again, with highs in the mid 80s.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday  Friday, scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible for the mountains and valleys. Storms will develop late Friday morning then pushing east off the higher terrain into the urban corridor and plains Friday afternoon. A similar pattern will occur this weekend but storms will likely decrease in strength and coverage. A limited threat of flash flooding is expected over the burn areas Friday through Sunday. Weak showers linger across the region through early next week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
