WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  There will be a better chance of showers along with a few thunderstorms over the mountains this afternoon. Isolated showers or storms may drift into the urban corridor and nearby plains late in the day. Expect only brief light to moderate rain and gusty winds to 30 mph.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday  There will be a chance of showers and a few thunderstorms for the plains Friday through Monday. In the mountains and foothills, showers will be likely with a few thunderstorms as well. Some heavier rain showers will cause a limited threat of alpine burn scare flooding through Monday. A drier weather pattern is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
