This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Warm, dry air and winds gusting up to around 25 mph will create elevated fire weather conditions this afternoon. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Monday and Tuesday will be hot and dry with temperatures well into the 90s across the far northeastern plains. The primary weather concern will be elevated fire weather conditions across the plains each day due to relative humidity as low as 10 percent with wind gusts up to 20 mph. A surge of tropical moisture will arrive on Wednesday which will lead to widespread showers and storms and could produce some areas of heavy rainfall in the mountains. The recent burn areas will see the potential for flash flooding on Wednesday.
