This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Scattered thunderstorms and showers will develop in the late morning hours across the mountains and valleys. These storms will be capable of producing wind gusts up to 50 mph and brief heavy rainfall. Storms will become more isolated throughout the I-25 corridor and adjacent plains. Skies should clear by late evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Scattered thunderstorms are expected again Friday over the northern mountains, with just isolated storms elsewhere. The threat of gusty winds or heavy rain will be lower. For the weekend into early next week, mainly dry and warm weather is expected, with increased fire weather conditions at times over the plains.
