WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Elevated fire conditions will be in place over portions of northeast Colorado this afternoon into the early evening hours due to very warm temperatures, low humidity and breezy southeast winds.  Across the higher terrain, isolated thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon and evening. There will be a limited threat of flash flooding over the East Troublesome burn area.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon for the mountains, valleys, and foothills. This will bring a limited to elevated flash flood threat to the burn areas. These storms will push into the urban corridor and plains Wednesday evening decreasing in coverage and strength. Isolated thunderstorms will focus in the mountains Thursday and Friday afternoon. By late Friday through early next week, a drier period begins for all areas.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
