This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. ...FLOOD WATCH FOR THE FOOTHILLS, URBAN CORRIDOR, AND NEAR BY PLAINS 2PM MDT TODAY UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Numerous thunderstorms are expected to form in the foothills and across the I-25 Corridor this afternoon and evening. Some of these storms will spread eastward onto the eastern plains. Heavy rainfall from these storms, up to 2 inches in 45 minutes or less, may lead to flash flooding. The risk for flash flooding will be quite high for the Cameron Peak and Calwood burn areas. A few severe storms will also be possible with hail up to one inch in diameter and 60 mph winds. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Isolated thunderstorms possible Monday with dry conditions Tuesday and Wednesday. High temperatures will be back in the 90s across the plains and 70s to 80s in the high country starting Tuesday.
