This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Scattered thunderstorms will track north across the mountains and foothills today. Isolated storms are expected across the Urban Corridor and near by plains. Brief heavy rain and wind gusts to 50 mph will be possible with the stronger storms. This could lead to flooding for the burn areas. Across the eastern plains, drier conditions will prevail. This combined with gusty south winds to 40 mph will increase the fire danger. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Warm and above normal temperatures continue through Monday across the region. Afternoon high temperatures will be slightly cooler compared to last week Sunday through Monday as cloud cover increases for all areas. Scattered thunderstorms are possible Sunday and Monday mainly for the high country; this weather pattern will bring a limited to elevated threat of flash flooding to the burn areas. Storms become more isolated Tuesday through Wednesday. Drier conditions are possible across the region Thursday through late next week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
