This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Rain showers on the plains and snow showers in the mountains and foothills will gradually dissipate this morning and afternoon, and skies should scatter out this evening. There is little to no threat of any burn area flash flooding through this afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  A warming trend will begin Thursday and continue into the weekend. There will be scattered afternoon and evening storms across the plains Friday through Sunday with activity over the higher terrain more isolated. A few strong storms will be possible across the plains.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight, but rain and snow reports will be appreciated.
