This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Scattered snow showers are expected across the high country this afternoon, with a few rain or snow showers also possible in the plains. Any additional snow accumulation will be light. Tree damage and possible power outages will continue to be an issue through the day as the snow slowly melts. Temperatures will fall below freezing tonight, and will pose a threat to vegetation. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Our region will trend cooler through mid next week thus below normal temperatures are expected. Multiple rounds of widespread scattered showers are possible through Wednesday afternoon. Areas above 9500 ft will receive light snowfall mainly Sunday and Monday evenings. Areas below 9500ft should expect mostly rain showers with isolated thunderstorms producing small hail and gusty winds.
