WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  A storm system will continue to bring light snow to the mountains and higher foothills down to 7000 ft and scattered light rain showers to the urban corridor and eastern plains into the overnight hours. For this morning, patchy fog is possible north near the Wyoming border and east along I-70 toward Kansas. Highs will be on the cooler side with upper 40s to lower 50s on the plains and 30s to 40s in the mountains.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  A warmer and drier trend will begin Thursday and continue through Saturday. Windy conditions will be possible at times this weekend and into early next week possibly leading to an increase in fire weather conditions.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. |
