This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Some patchy fog will be possible over the northern foothills and portions of the eastern plains early this morning. There is a chance of showers and storms starting out over the higher terrain by the late afternoon and extending over the northern plains after 6 pm. Rain will turn to snow and could start accumulating on roadways over the higher passes of the northern mountains overnight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Wednesday will be cool with areas of rain. Snow will occur in the higher foothills and mountains. Precipitation amounts are expected to mainly be light. Mountain passes could become slick under heavier snow, otherwise roads are expected to be wet.
