WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Areas of lower humidity will heighten the fire danger around South Park during the afternoon but land managers report fuels to be non-critical in these locations. Across the plains, it will be breezy this afternoon with gusts up to 30 mph, but with some marginal improvement in the relative humidity expected.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Very warm and dry conditions are expected on Tuesday with elevated fire weather conditions. A weak upper system and associated cold front will sweep across Colorado Tuesday night with snow showers in the mountains and gusty northwest winds on the plains. Slightly cooler temperatures for Wednesday.  On Friday, expect critical fire weather conditions across much of the lower elevations with dry and very windy conditions. The strong winds expected to continue on Saturday across the plains with scattered showers in the high country.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
