Some of the northern peaks of the Front Range Mountains may receive up to 8 inches of snow. Travel will likely be impacted across mountain passes due to snow-covered roads. Rain and some thunderstorms will develop across lower elevations with portions of the northern I-25 corridor potentially seeing over half an inch of rain. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Critical fire weather conditions will be possible across the plains on Thursday due to mild, dry, and breezy conditions. The mountains will get another chance of snow late Thursday and Friday. Rain may mix over to snow across lower elevations on Friday.
