WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Record or near record high temperatures are forecast across most of the plains on Monday, with highs in the 60s to 70s. Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions will be possible across the southern Foothills during the afternoon hours.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  A warm and dry pattern is expected to persist through the upcoming week including Christmas day across eastern Colorado and the urban corridor. For the mountains, the chance for snow returns Christmas Day and possibly lingers into Friday and Saturday. The heavier snow is expected over the mountains of western Colorado with lighter amounts for the central mountains.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
