  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Winds will increase Tuesday into Wednesday, with strong winds on Wednesday afternoon in the higher elevations and potentially the foothills. Light snow is expected to return to the northern mountains by Wednesday, with additional chances this weekend. Elevated fire weather conditions will be present Wednesday and Friday across lower elevations, as strong winds and well above normal temperatures combine.   .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
