This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Strong winds gusting up to 80 mph will impact the high country this afternoon and tonight. For the foothill and adjacent plains, expect westerly wind gusts up to 45-50 mph at times this afternoon. Light snow showers in the northern mountains will diminish by this afternoon, with dry conditions prevailing for the rest of the day.
