WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Gusty winds up to 50 mph are possible across the northern mountains today. Very light snow showers will fall in the mountains with minimal accumulation.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  Winter-like conditions are expected this weekend with cold temperatures and possibly snow. The first chance for snow will be Friday night and into Saturday morning. Snowfall is expected to be light, less than 2 inches, but temperatures will be cold enough for roads to become slippery. A second round of snow is expected for the mountains Sunday, with the snow possibly spreading onto the plains later in the day. If traveling to or from the mountains Sunday, expect travel conditions to become more difficult through the day.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
