WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Light rain below 7000 feet and light snow in the high country expected today through tomorrow morning. Snow accumulations of T-3" are possible for the southern Front Range mountains (south of I-70) with localized 4" possible in South Park. Generally minor travel impacts in the mountains tonight, with slush and slick roads expected on the high mountain passes.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  The next chance of snow for the high country will arrive by Monday night. This will be a colder system with slick road conditions possible, but most accumulations are expected to stay light. It will be windy and turning colder through Tuesday.  Cool weather will then prevail for Wednesday through Thanksgiving. There is just a chance of light snow mainly for the northern mountains.  Winter-like conditions are expected towards the end of the weekend, with cold temperatures and a chance of snow for the forecast area. While it is too soon to hone in on details, travel impacts are possible Saturday and Sunday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
