This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Rain and snow showers will develop over the mountains this afternoon and continue tonight. The showers are expected to be most numerous in the central Colorado mountains today, then increase northward this evening. The snow will end Friday morning. The snow level will be around timberline today, but then decrease to between 9 and 10 thousand feet tonight. Accumulations of 1 to 4 inches of snow are expected above 10 thousand feet, with the heaviest amounts in the mountains around Summit County. The plains will have scattered light rain showers tonight into Friday morning, mainly south of Interstate 70. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Another storm system is expected to bring cooler temperatures, along with more mountain snow and gusty winds Sunday into Monday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
