This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight Lingering travel impacts are expected today and tonight across the high country and over the eastern plains. It will be cold, with all areas seeing below freezing high temperatures. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Another system will bring widespread light snow to our forecast area Monday night and Tuesday. On Tuesday night, low temperatures will reach the single digits and some areas may get close to zero degrees on the plains. The higher terrain will have below zero temperatures. Blustery conditions are forecast across the far northern and eastern sections of the plains on Thursday with temperatures in the 30s and wind gusts to 40 mph possible. There will be a few other chances for widespread snow Thursday and Saturday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. However, any reports of accumulating snow will be appreciated.
