  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Elevated fire weather conditions are expected for the northern Plains this afternoon. Light snow is expected to develop over the high mountains late tonight, well after midnight.   .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  Periods of light snow are likely in the mountains, mainly Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There's a chance of rain and snow showers at lower elevations late Wednesday and Friday. The best chance for snow will be over the Palmer Divide Christmas evening.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
