WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Gusty winds early this morning in and near the foothills will decrease by late morning. Moisture will move into the mountains tonight with a chance of light snow developing, mainly after midnight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday  Mountain snow showers will continue through Sunday. Winds will also increase across the region Sunday into Sunday night. A few gusts of 60-70 mph will be possible across portions of the Front Range mountains and foothills, with 30-45 mph winds likely across most of the plains. The dry and windy conditions will lead to elevated fire weather danger Sunday afternoon across the lower elevations.  Another weak storm system could bring additional snow to the mountains Tuesday, with warmer and drier weather expected for the second half of next week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
