WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 ...WINTER STORM IN THE MOUNTAINS WINDING DOWN...  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Mountain snowfall will continue today, but see decreasing coverage and intensity, subsiding during the afternoon hours. A period of snow is expected during the morning rush hour for the Denver metro and urban corridor, leading to slick roads, although accumulations will mostly be minor outside of the Palmer Divide. Like the mountains, snow showers will diminish through the day and especially in the afternoon for the lower elevations. Expect a cold night across the region.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible over the ridges and higher east slopes of the Front Range late Friday into early Saturday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
