WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Rain and snow showers are expected to persist through late morning across the high country today. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued as 4-8" of snow are expected for elevations above 9,000'across the western Front Range Mountains. Conditions may be slick for this morning's commute, especially on mountain passes and near the Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnel. Showers and weak storms are possible across the plains through the afternoon. It will be windy from late morning through the afternoon with gusts to 40 mph possible across the plains and 45-55 mph across the high country.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Dry weather is expected all week with above normal temperatures Tuesday through Thursday.  A cold front may drop temperatures back to more seasonal levels on Friday.   .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
