WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Patchy fog could occur for areas south of Denver along I-25 this morning. A few snow showers are possible for areas south of I-70 through mid-day. This should result in an additional 1-2 inches for areas above 9 thousand feet. Be sure to prepare for winter travel conditions along mountain passes. Meanwhile, isolated to scattered rain showers are possible along the Palmer Divide and Lincoln county this afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday  Light snow showers will continue in the higher elevations Sunday, with isolated showers possible west of I-25 and south of I-70, with some isolated thunder possible. Lingering high elevation snow and isolated showers across the plains are expected through Monday morning before dry and warmer conditions return for the rest of the week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
