WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Scattered higher based showers along with isolated thunderstorms will occur this afternoon into the early evening hours, especially over the higher terrain. Gusty winds will be common with a few winds gusts up to 50 mph possible. Rainfall is expected to be light.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur again on Tuesday afternoon and early evening, but mainly over the higher elevations. Moisture increases a little further on Wednesday and leads to a better chance of thunderstorms across the area. They will produce gusty outflow winds but mainly light rainfall.  Thursday through Sunday looks like a period of warm and mainly dry weather. Fire danger may increase on Thursday, when breezy conditions develop.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
