WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  A cold front has brought cooler temperatures to the area today. There will be a slight chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms over the higher terrain. Overnight tonight, there will be a chance of showers over the plains along with an isolated thunderstorm.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected each afternoon and evening Wednesday through Friday. A couple of the storms could be strong Thursday and Friday and produce locally heavy rainfall.  Less thunderstorm coverage can be expected Saturday into early next week. Hot temperatures will return on the plains by Sunday and Monday, with highs likely reaching the mid to upper 90s.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
