This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Windy condition are expected in the mountains, foothills and near the Wyoming border today with gusts around 40 mph, and 50 mph or more in wind prone areas. From the Denver metro area east and southeast across the plains, most gusts will range between 25 and 30 mph late this morning through the afternoon. Winds will diminish early this evening. Fire weather conditions could be elevated where fuels are drying out, but overall spring greenup should alleviate significant fire weather concerns despite the gusty winds and low humidity today. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Dry conditions will continue through Thursday with above normal temperatures. The late day showers and thunderstorms will return on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a cool down expected for the weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
