This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Gusty west and northwesterly winds will continue over the mountains and foothills with gusts up to 40 mph today. Scattered light snow showers will persist over the high mountains today with minimal accumulations. Snowfall will increase somewhat over the high mountains tonight, especially over the Park Range mountains. Hazardous winter driving conditions can be expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Periods of light to moderate snow will continue across the high country through Thursday evening, with the heaviest snow falling in the Park Range. Slick travel is possible mainly for Rabbit Ears Pass during this period, especially Wednesday morning. A cold front is expected to bring light rain and snow showers to the foothills and plains Wednesday night into Thursday. Little or no snow accumulation is expected for the lower elevations, with up to an inch or two possible across the Foothills and Palmer Divide. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
