WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 ...DENSE FOG THIS MORNING NORTH OF DENVER TO GREELEY and LOVELAND...  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Areas of dense fog can be expected from around Greeley and Loveland south toward Longmont and possibly down into the far northern suburbs of Denver this morning. Visibilities will be reduced to just a few hundred feet in spots. Patchy fog can also be expected in the high mountain valleys. If driving in those areas, slow down, use low beam headlights, and allow plenty of distance between vehicles. Neighborhood streets and sidewalks may also have patchy black ice, so use caution if venturing out early this morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  An unsettled weather pattern is expected for the forecast area beginning Wednesday which will continue into next weekend. This will bring periods of mountain snow with a chance of precipitation for the plains, especially Wednesday night and Saturday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
