WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  No hazardous weather is expected today or tonight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  No hazards are expected through Thursday, with mostly sunny skies and much above normal temperatures through this period.  By late Friday through next weekend, there is growing confidence that a low pressure system will bring heavy precipitation to our forecast area. Depending on the track of the storm, moderate to heavy snowfall may occur in the mountains and foothills. Lower elevations may see a mix of rain and snow throughout this event and there is a small chance that moderate to heavy snow occurs. This period will need to be watched for the potential for a high impact event.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
