WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  No hazardous weather is expected today. Tonight, light snow begins for areas above 11k ft.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  Areas of fog and reduced visibility will be possible anywhere from Denver to the north and east across the plains Thursday morning.  Then, light snow is expected to spread north and east across the region through Thursday evening. Slick roads and travel impacts can be expected in areas that see accumulating snow. Any accumulation is expected to be light, and mainly in the mountains and along/south of the I-76 Corridor on the plains. Another weak system will bring light snow to the mountains, Friday through Saturday with minor accumulations expected.  The next storm could bring a more substantial snowfall to the forecast area later Sunday into Monday of next week, but it is still too early to tell. Winter driving conditions will linger around much of the time, especially in the mountains, so be prepared.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
