This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop over the mountains and foothills this afternoon. Could see a better chance of wetting rainfall along with strong gusty outflow winds up to 45 mph. A few showers may inch outwards over the urban corridor late in the day with breezy conditions. No storms are expected over the northeast plains. Temperatures will be slightly cooler across the plains following a weak cold front. Afternoon readings will be in the upper 80s to middle 90s. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms are expected over the mountains Friday and Saturday and again on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. This will create a limited threat of flooding over the burn areas. Very little thunderstorm activity is expected over the plains through the period, however above normal temperatures could cause problems with people vulnerable to the heat. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
