WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Scattered showers and storms will form mainly this afternoon. The primary concern from these storms will be strong wind gusts up to 45 mph. While the vast majority of storms will stay below severe limits, a storm or two could be marginally severe in the far northeast corner of Colorado. There is also a very small chance of burn area flash flooding but flooding is not expected.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday  A cold front will produce wind gusts up to 40 mph over the eastern plains during the day Sunday. Thunderstorm activity this week will be very limited and mainly over the central Colorado mountains. Some increase is possible on Friday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
