WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  Hot weather can be expected Monday, with highs pushing into the upper 90s to around 100 degrees across the I-25 Corridor and adjacent plains. It is best to avoid prolonged outdoor work and strenuous activities during the heat of the day. Stay hydrated, and seek shade or air conditioning.  Fire weather concerns will increase Monday and Tuesday in the high country given very dry, warm, and breezy conditions.  Gradual cooling is expected Wednesday through Friday with a return of scattered thunderstorms. Some of those storms may be strong with locally heavy rainfall.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
