WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  A drier and warmer weather pattern will begin to take hold across the area today. However, isolated showers and thunderstorms will still be possible over the Front Range mountains and foothills, Palmer Divide, and locations near the Wyoming border. Brief rain, lightning, and small hail will be possible from any storms that develop.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  An isolated severe storm is possible on the plains Monday through Wednesday evenings, mainly near the eastern Colorado border. Otherwise it will be hot with minimal thunderstorm activity through midweek. A gradual increase in thunderstorm coverage is expected starting Thursday or Friday, with a few severe storms possible. The risk of burn area flooding will be very low through midweek, then begin to increase.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
