WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  This afternoon and evening, expect scattered showers and thunderstorms to bring gusty winds, small hail, and brief heavy rain. There will be a limited threat of burn area flash flooding.  A few severe storms are possible across the northeast plains, most likely north of Fort Morgan and Akron. Large hail and damaging winds will likely be the main threats.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  Isolated to scattered thunderstorms and showers will occur Monday and Tuesday. Main impacts are small hail and lightning. Moisture increases for Wednesday brining better chance for showers and storms. The better chance for showers and storms will continue through late next week and weekend.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
