This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow will be decreasing this morning over the mountains, foothills and Palmer Divide with additional accumulations of 1 to 4 inches, heaviest over the foothills of Jefferson county. The rain showers on the plains will also be diminishing this morning with partial clearing skies this afternoon. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday The next system will bring another batch of snow to the mountains, foothills and Palmer ridge Thursday night and Friday. This system looks cold enough to also bring some snow to the Urban Corridor. The rest of the plains will see rain. Upper ridging moves in for the weekend and early next week with just some late day showers expected over the high mountains on Sunday and Monday. There will be a chance of showers on Tuesday for most of the forecast area, including the plains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight, however snowfall reports will be appreciated.
