WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 ...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE PLAINS SOUTH AND EAST OF THE PALMER DIVIDE...  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Dry and warm weather expected Thursday, with elevated and critical fire weather conditions likely on the Palmer Divide and adjacent plains especially south and east during the afternoon. We have issued a Fire Weather Watch for southern Lincoln and far southeast Elbert Counties from 11 AM through 7 PM, and will continue to assess the surrounding area.  Widespread snowfall is likely across the high country Thursday and Friday, greatest late Thursday, and there is a chance for showers Thursday night into Friday over the plains starting as rain, changing over to snow.
