This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow will move east across the Front Range Urban Corridor early this morning. Roads will be slippery due to slush and snow on roadways. Expect a slow morning commute because of this. The snow will move onto the northeast plains later this morning where the storm will intensify. This will lead to heavier snowfall with 3 to 6 inches of snow expected. Roads will become snow covered and slippery over the northeast plains, especially Interstate 76 northeast of Denver. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Dry weather with a warming trend is expected for Tuesday and Wednesday, with some cooling and mountain snow likely by late Thursday. The mountains could see accumulating snow and breezy conditions Thursday night into Friday which could impact travel. The plains could also see scattered showers and breezy conditions as well. Warmer and drier conditions are expected to return to the forecast area next weekend with only some scattered snow showers across the high country on Sunday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
