WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Light snow will continue to decrease in coverage from north to south this afternoon with little if any additional accumulation expected. Northerly winds will gust to 40 mph at times over the northeast plains, but will start to taper off by this evening. Temperatures will be about 20 degrees below seasonal normals for the plains and foothills.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday  Friday and Saturday look dry with the exception of a few light snow showers over the higher peaks. Snow showers will return to the mountains early next week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. However, any reports of snowfall will be appreciated.
