This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow, heavy at times this morning, will decrease from north to south in the mountains by midday with scattered showers in the afternoon and evening. Snow covered roads and difficult travel are expected with slow improvement expected Saturday afternoon. Across the urban corridor and nearby plains, isolated showers will occur early this morning with gusts to 30 to 40 mph possible as the cold front pushes across the region. There will be a chance of light rain and snow showers over the Palmer Divide this afternoon and evening .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Light snow showers can be expected in the high country both Sunday and Monday, but limited travel impacts are expected during the daylight hours due to relatively mild temperatures. Mostly dry conditions will persist across the plains. The next storm system is expected to move into the region late Wednesday and Thursday. This storm will have a chance to bring accumulating snow and travel impacts to most of northeast and north central Colorado. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
