WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight  Areas of fog and light freezing drizzle are expected to redevelop across the plains, I-25 Corridor, and portions of the Front Range Foothills tonight, and linger into Wednesday morning. Roads may once slick in spots, as well as sidewalks and driveways.  Use extra caution with slower travel speeds and allow plenty of distance between vehicles. Watch that first step out the door Wednesday morning - it could be a slick one.  Expect scattered snow showers over the far northern mountains this afternoon and tonight, but only light accumulations expected.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Periods of light snow will fall in the mountains throughout days 2 through 7, but snowfall amounts and travel impact will likely be minor most days. There is a threat of moderate impacts Wednesday into Thursday. There is an increasing chance of light snow Wed PM, mainly across the mountains and northern sections of the plains and I-25 corridor. However, the potential for significant impacts remains low.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today.
