WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight  Snow will continue over most of the forecast area today before diminishing tonight. The heaviest snowfall amounts will continue over the Southern Front Range foothills and Palmer Divide areas. Additional snowfall of up to 4 more inches can to expected in the warning areas.  Northerly wind are expected in the 15 to 30 mph over the eastern half of the plains. Some gusts to 40 mph are possible. Snow and blowing snow will make travel difficult through the day and into the evening.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  Quiet weather is expected through most of the weekend. Snow chances will increase late Sunday through most of next week, especially across the northern mountains.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed, however snowfall reports will be appreciated.
