This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Occasional light snow will continue over the mountains through this evening with accumulations up to two inches, mainly over the higher west facing slopes. The snow will diminish towards midnight tonight. Over the foothills and I-25 corridor, isolated light showers are expected later this afternoon through early evening with little or no accumulation. It will be windy this afternoon with gusts up to 50 mph above timberline, in the foothills north of Boulder, and along the state line south of Cheyenne. Other areas across the plains will see gusts up to 40 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Another system moves through the region Wednesday night through Thursday bringing the next round of snow for the high country. There is a lower chance for a quick shot of snow on the plains. Expect minor impacts to travel in the high country from falling snow, slick roads, and blowing snow. There will also be gusty winds in the mountains and plains Wednesday night through Thursday with gusts up 45 mph. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
