WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Light snow will develop in the mountains by early afternoon and diminish overnight tonight. Accumulations of 1 to 4 inches are expected, except 3 to 6 inches in the mountains around Rabbit Ears Pass.  Scattered snow showers will move across the plains this afternoon and evening. Some of the showers will be mixed with rain. Most places will have little or no accumulation, though up to 2 inches of wet snow are possible, mainly over the northeast plains.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  The next pacific storm system will move across the region Tuesday night and Wednesday, bringing snow to most areas. This should bring a good round of snow to the mountains, with a swath of heavy snow possible over the plains.  Another system is expected Thursday night and Friday. This is expected to be a weaker system with less snow.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
