This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow will come to an end over the mountains early this afternoon. It will remain windy in the mountains and foothills with gust up to 60 to 70 mph. The windy conditions will spread east some off the foothills where gusts to 50 mph will be possible for areas along and west of Interstate 25. Snow increases in the mountains late tonight as the storm system moves into the area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Another weather system will bring more snow to the high country along with a good chance of snow across the plains on Wednesday. Additional accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are likely in the mountains near the Wyoming border, with 1 to 3 inches in the rest of the mountains and the northeast corner of Colorado. In the I-25 corridor including Denver, an inch or two of slushy snow is possible during the day Wednesday, but warm temperatures will limit any possible impact. Snow is likely again in the mountains starting about Sunday, with a slight chance of rain or snow on the plains by Monday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
