WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Fog and patchy freezing drizzle are expected across the plains this afternoon. Late this afternoon and this evening areas of light snow will return to most of the forecast area with light accumulations. Winter driving conditions are possible.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Travel conditions will improve across the lower elevations on Tuesday, but patchy blowing snow and slick roads can still be expected across the northeast corner of the state. Light snow showers will also occur in the mountains Tuesday and Tuesday night, with slick and hazardous travel conditions mainly over the higher passes.  Drier weather can be expected in all areas by Wednesday and Thursday, while another round of light snow is expected to move into the mountains by Thursday night and Friday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight. However, any snowfall or icing reports will be appreciated.
