South Dakota…south central South Dakota…southwestern South
Dakota…the Black Hills of South Dakota…and northeast Wyoming.
.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight
Northwest winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 35 to
45 mph through the afternoon. This will result in very high
grassland fire danger across most of the western South Dakota
plains.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Wednesday through Monday
High grassland fire danger is anticipated again on Wednesday,
Friday, and Saturday.
